ASMR Hair Play and Sensory Touch Massage
Combining a lifelong interest in physiology, psychology and neuroscience, Lauren has built on the foundations of a career in psychoeducation and tailored therapeutic support into the field of light touch and sensory massage to bring her expertise in nervous system regulation into the realms of self care and relaxation.

When feather-light contact combines consistent, safe and preditable touch with intentional rhythmic presence, the body can accept and embrace a deeper relaxation through the calm and tingling experience of the ASMR response.

About Lauren
Having trained extensively in psychotherapy, Lauren recognises a need that parents struggle to meet and that is their own self care and emotional regulation, often prioritising their children's needs and struggling to keep up in the wake of their own stress responses and triggered nervous systems.
By taking the time to allow ourselves to access a deeper level of relaxation than interrupted nights of sleep and hasty glimmers of rest through rushed cuppas or brief conversations with friends can bring, we allow ourselves to really achieve a sense of calm, widening our window of tolerance for the stresses, excitements, demands and celebrations that our wonderfully busy lives can bring.
